BMC’s Yawkey building doors are now closed as an entrance as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our campus and provide you with the best clinical care.

All patients and visitors on our main campus must enter our hospital via Shapiro, Menino, or Moakley buildings, where they will be greeted by team members at a new centralized check-in desk before continuing to the hospital. We are excited to welcome you and appreciate your patience as we improve our facilities.

This is a fun recipe to make with kids. You can use unsweetened yogurt (plain yogurt) as well, and top with a bit of honey. Try making our homemade granola for a healthier and fresher version of store-bought granolas.

Ingredients

Yogurt - 2 cups light vanilla yogurt* Berries - 2 cups frozen blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries or blackberries Granola - 4 Tablespoons low fat granola (see recipe link for our granola recipe in the introduction)

Instructions

Step 1
In four small cups, divide blueberries evenly (1/2 cup each)
Step 2
Top frozen blueberries with 1 Tablespoon low fat granola each.
Step 3

Notes

*0% fat plain Greek strained yogurt can also be used and will have more of a rich creamy texture. Sweeten with splenda or leave plain.
